Can you help me choose the right devices for my company?

If you still have difficulty choosing after going through these questions, please contact us and we will be pleased to provide further assistance. Our advice tool for the water chillers is still under development, but will be available soon. Is it possible to see the device working before I purchase it?

In principle this is not possible, as the device is manufactured on demand. However, standard product photos are available which will give you a good impression of this.

Order

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes we do. We now deliver to over 45 countries, but will naturally also deliver anywhere in the world where there is a need for our equipment.

How can I place an order?

What is the delivery time?

This depends on which device is being delivered, whether we have the device in stock and how much time is needed to ship it. In view of the current economic instability, we recommend placing an order at least 4 weeks before the required delivery date.

Is there somewhere I can see the status of my order?

You will receive a confirmation with the delivery date and we will not deviate from this date.

I have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?

Can I change my order for a device, and if so, what is the deadline for doing this?

It is possible to change your order by agreement (as long as the order has not yet been packaged/shipped/manufactured). Please send an email as soon as possible to sales@baktec.nl.

Can I cancel my order for a device, and if so, what is the deadline for doing this?

It is best to contact us at sales@baktec.nl to check the status of your order and whether it can still be cancelled.

Which payment methods are available?

You can make payments by bank transfer.

Installation

How do I install my device?

When you purchase your device, you will receive an installation manual. If you are unable to complete the installation using this manual, you can always contact us at sales@baktec.nl.

Is it easy to integrate Baktec devices into an existing production line?

Yes, this is certainly possible from the CERES Pro series onwards. This series has been made specially for this purpose and has models equipped with RS484 and RS232 interfaces. Other interfaces such as Profinet and Profibus are also suitable for this purpose.

Service

My device is broken. Can I send it to you?

Please consult us before returning machines and parts by contacting us at sales@baktec.nl. We will then send you a repair form. Once you have returned the repair form, you can send us the device and we will ensure that it is repaired.

My device is not working. What should I do?

Check the manual that you received when you purchased the device. It contains the most frequently occurring problems and simple ways to solve these. Naturally, if you are unable to solve the issue, you can always contact us at sales@baktec.nl.

How often do I need to carry out maintenance on my device?

Our equipment has a long service life, of 15 years on average. However, certain parts will eventually need to be replaced. The frequency at which these parts need to be replaced depends on various factors, such as the water hardness.

If my device needs a service, whom should I contact and where can I find their contact details?

If you think that your device needs a service, you should contact the party where you purchased your device. If you purchased your device directly from us, please email sales@baktec.nl.

Are user manuals also available?

How long is the guarantee on my device?

All of our devices have a standard 2-year factory guarantee.
