Bakers can simply register their Baktec appliances using a QR code, after which they can access a digital environment that is fully tailored to their specific appliances. The tutorials, available in video form, include everything from installation and operation right through to service instructions. This provides immediate answers to frequently asked questions, bakers and new staff have 24/7 support at their disposal, and production downtime is prevented.
Even though Baktec’s water mixing and measuring equipment is easy to operate, it is very useful to review the operation several times beforehand. The operating videos are particularly useful when an experienced colleague is not around on the work floor. It shows in clear steps how to set the amount of water and the correct temperature. Service videos cover important maintenance tasks, such as calibrating the appliances so that any deviations in temperature and water quantity can be quickly corrected, even in the early hours of the morning.
